Sp. Def and Speed carry most of Virizion's stat budget. Defense's the obvious dump stat. Near-impossible to catch and yields 3 Sp. Def EVs. Follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
Its head sprouts horns as sharp as blades. Using whirlwind-like movements, it confounds and swiftly cuts opponents.

Virizion Weakness
FragileVirizion is weak to Flying, Fire, Ice, Poison, Psychic, and Fairy-type moves. Watch out for Flying attacks, those deal 4x damage. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Virizion's special bulk (base 129 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.
Virizion is strong overall with 580 total stats as a Grass/Fighting legendary. Can't breed it, so you're locked to whatever you catch or receive.
How to Evolve
Close Combat is the main STAB option after a Swords Dance boost. Salacberry gives Virizion extra utility to survive the setup turn, and max Attack and Speed EVs make the boosted hits count. The remaining moves catches resists.
