Everything about Solgaleo's stat line is built to win. 137 base HP leads the way, and even its worst stat (89 Sp. Def) isn't a real liability. Poison moves can't touch it, which offsets the 4 weaknesses somewhat. Part of the Gen 7 roster.
The stat line revolves around HP. Percentage recovery gets extra mileage here. Attack backs it up, though Sp. Def doesn't pull its weight. Worth 3 Attack EVs on a slow 1.25M XP grind to max out.
