Breaking through Registeel usually means hitting the special side — 50 base Speed is the obvious weak point. Poison moves can't touch it, and only 3 types hit it super-effectively. Known as the Iron Pokemon. Introduced in Gen 3.

ExcellentRegisteel's Steel typing leaves it vulnerable to Fire, Fighting, and Ground moves. It shrugs off Poison-type attacks completely. With 10 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Registeel's overall bulk (80/150/150) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.
You can't breed Registeel or evolve it into anything else. This Steel legendary packs 580 stats and doesn't need a chain to be relevant.
How to Evolve
The physical wall spread is where Registeel earns its spot. Leftovers for passive recovery each turn, Bold nature for the right lean, and Rest handles sustain. Clearbody does the rest without needing a move slot.
