You can't breed Registeel or evolve it into anything else. This Steel legendary packs 580 stats and doesn't need a chain to be relevant.
How to Evolve
The special wall spread is where Registeel earns its spot. Rocky Helmet for chip damage on every physical hit received, Careful nature for the right lean, and Rest handles sustain. Clearbody does the rest without needing a move slot.
