Is Lucario Good in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Playthrough?
Riley's gift egg on Iron Island hatches into Riolu, which evolves via friendship during the day. Fighting/Steel with 110 Attack and 115 Sp. Atk makes Lucario one of the most versatile attackers in the game. Handles Byron, Candice, Aaron, and Cynthia's Spiritomb. Cynthia uses one against you too. Reusable Aura Sphere, Close Combat, and Flash Cannon from TMs give it answers to everything. The friendship evolution is easier in BDSP than ever.

BDSP Lucario Best Moveset
Dropped from S-tier as 110 Attack and 115 Sp. Atk at 90 Speed behind Fighting/Steel dual TermStab lost the dominance it held in the original Gen 4. Hidden AbilityJustified boosts Attack from Dark hits. The moveset runs mixed offense from excellent offensive typing. B-tier because 70/70/70 bulk can't survive the format's power level.
