Ghost moves don't affect Jynx at all — that's the advantage of Ice/Psychic typing. It sits at a decent but contested Speed tier. Known as the Human Shape Pokemon. Its damage comes from the special side.
Sp. Atk leads and Defense gets almost nothing. That's Jynx's stat line in a nutshell. 3 stats sit in respectable range, but the spread is brutal. Tough to catch and yields 2 Sp. Atk EVs.

Jynx Weakness
GoodJynx is weak to Fire and Rock-type moves. On the flip side, it's immune to Ghost-type moves entirely. Jynx's special bulk (base 95 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

Jynx is the evolved form of Smoochum, reached at level 30. A Ice/Psychic type at 455 stats that still can't breed. Sp.Atk grew the most through evolution (+30 over Smoochum), and Jynx peaks at 455 total stats.
How to Evolve
For an attacker, Jynx wants flexible EVs EVs and an item. The a nature nature tilts toward balanced duty, and an ability contributes without taking a move slot.

TMs carry this one. Jynx learns Blizzard and Ice Beam naturally for STAB, but the offensive range comes almost entirely from technical machines. Normal and Ghost and beyond give it real matchup play.
