Fletchinder sits in the middle of its evolution line — stronger than Fletchling but not yet at full power. Most trainers push through to Talonflame as fast as possible. Ground moves can't touch it, and only 3 types hit it super-effectively. Known as the Ember Pokemon.
Nothing fancy in Fletchinder's spread. It leans mixed with Speed out front. And you'll get 2 Speed EVs per KO for it. Follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
Fletchinder scatters embers in tall grass where bug Pokémon might be hiding and then catches them as they come leaping out.
Its territory has a radius of just over a mile. If any bird Pokémon should enter, it will show them no mercy.
Fletchinder Weakness
ExcellentType-wise, Fletchinder takes extra damage from Rock, Water, and Electric. Watch out for Rock attacks, those deal 4x damage. Ground moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. It resists 6 types, so it can switch into a lot of moves safely.
Fletchinder sits between Fletchling and Talonflame in this three-stage line. Not the final form yet. For breeding, quick to hatch with a decent partner pool via one egg group. Attack has grown the most so far (+23), but there's still another 117 stats to gain in the final evolution.
How to Evolve
Breed with Fletchinder to get Fletchling eggs easily using 45 partners from the Flying egg group. Notable egg moves include Defog, Flame Charge, Quick Guard.
Bulk and offense in one package. Fletchinder runs Heavy-Duty Boots for hazard immunity on every switch-in with a Modest nature, so it survives long enough to threaten with Overheat. Max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs and utility options make it hard to safely switch into.

Breeding's the move. Defog and Flame Charge give Fletchinder options it can't learn any other way, and Normal and Steel coverage and more already covers a decent range on top of Overheat and Brave Bird. The egg moves push it further.

Fletchinder is leaning toward the physical side (base 73 Attack). Fragile — can't afford to take many hits, too. But the speed tells the real story — base 84 Speed is workable — faster than some, slower than many. Fits the support role.
