Stats & Training
Dustox's built to absorb hits, not race for knockouts. Special bulk with Sp. Def doing the heavy lifting. And the medium-fast 1M XP curve means it won't take forever to bring up, worth 3 Sp. Def EVs.
DUSTOX is instinctively drawn to light. Swarms of this POKéMON are attracted by the bright lights of cities, where they wreak havoc by stripping the leaves off roadside trees for food.
When DUSTOX flaps its wings, a fine dust is scattered all over. This dust is actually a powerful poison that will even make a pro wrestler sick. This POKéMON searches for food using its antennae like radar.
Dustox Weakness
Fire, Flying, Psychic, and Rock moves hit Dustox for super-effective damage. The Bug/Poison typing picks up 4 resistances to work with.

The special wall spread is where Dustox earns its spot. Nothing for extra utility, Calm nature for the right lean, and Moonlight handles sustain. Shielddust does the rest without needing a move slot.

Moves
The level-up pool is slim, so TMs matter here. Dustox's Psychic and Flying coverage and more all comes from technical machines, built on top of Sludge Bomb and Silver Wind for same-type damage. Hyper Beam and Psychic are the payoff moves.
