Chatot's Normal/Flying typing gives it an immunity to Ground and Ghost. Only 3 weaknesses on top of that — it has plenty of safe switch-in opportunities. Been around since Gen 4. Sits at a decent but contested Speed tier.
Chatot's built around special offense. Sp. Atk leads the charge, Sp. Def pays for it. Tough to catch, worth 1 Attack EV. Follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
Its tongue is just like a human’s. As a result, it can cleverly mimic human speech.
Chatot Weakness
GoodElectric, Ice, and Rock-type moves hit Chatot for super-effective damage. The upside? Ground and Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Chatot leans toward special offense (base 92 Sp.Atk) instead of trying to wall anything.
