Yura provides you with a questline; much like the other questlines in this game, they require a few steps to complete. Whether going to a specific location or defeating a particular enemy, we will list the steps below needed to complete Yura's questline.

To begin his questline, you will first encounter him under an arch near a collapsed tower by the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace located in the southern area of Agheel Lake.

After speaking to Yura, he will warn you of the Flying Dragon Agheel that spawns in Agheel Lake. You do NOT have to defeat the dragon to progress the Quest
While approaching Murkwater Cave, you will be invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus, and you can defeat Nerijus with Yura's Help. However, it should be noted that if Yura dies during this encounter, the questline will end
After defeating Nerijus, you can find Yura under another overpass north of Murkwater Cave, near the Murkwater Coast Site of Grace. When speaking to him, he will explain his task of hunting down Bloody Fingers
Now, you can accept a request for aid from Yura by observing a Red Summon Sign on the bridge north of the Main Gate Site of Grace located in Raya Lucaria Academy. Walking past the seal will allow you to enter another world and help Yura take down a Bloody Finger Assassin- if Yura dies during this fight, he will come back therefore you will have another chance
Once defeating the Assassin, speak to Yura, who will be standing against a railing nearby to where his Summon Sign was, and he will talk about his next target- Bloody Finger Eleonora
Head to the Second Church of Marika located on the Altus Plateau and speak to Yura to obtain the Nagakiba
After obtaining the Nagakiba, you will be led into battle with Bloody Finger Eleonora
Defeat Eleonora to obtain Purifying Crystal Tear, Eleonora's Poleblade, and a Furlcalling Finger Remedy
You will find that at the Zamor Ruins Site of Grace, Yura has had his body taken over by Shabriri- Shabriri will try to convince you to take the path of the Frenzied Flame, or you can choose to attack him and obtain the Ronin's Set

Once here, you will find Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger who is a hostile enemy (She is apart of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura's Questline, however, you do not need to complete it to obtain this weapon)
