After it has eaten up all the food in its territory, it moves to another area. Its two heads do not get along.

Moves

The egg pool carries weight here. Assurance and Astonish aren't available any other way for Zweilous, and they meaningfully change what it threatens. Stack those on top of Draco Meteor and Outrage for solid options.

Zweilous Guide

  • Zweilous is meant to evolve into Hydreigon. At 420 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.

  • In Black & White, Zweilous's biggest threats include Kyurem (Ice), Machamp (Fighting), and Scyther (Bug), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Dragon-type attackers are also a problem.

  • In Black & White, Deino evolves into Zweilous at level 50. Zweilous evolves into Hydreigon at level 64. Zweilous is a middle-stage evolution in the Deino line.

  • Hustle is the go-to ability for Zweilous. It strengthens physical moves to inflict 1.5× damage, but decreases their accuracy to 0.8×. It's Zweilous's only ability.

  • At base 58 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Zweilous is a physical attacker with base 85 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.

Game Availability

Zweilous joined the series in Black & White and has been available in 8 titles so far. With 6 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
