Spritzee is technically a pre-evolution of Aromatisse, but it holds its own in formats where Eviolite is allowed. Dragon moves can't touch it, and only 2 types hit it super-effectively. Known as the Perfume Pokemon. Flexible enough to run physical or special sets.
HP and Sp. Def carry most of Spritzee's stat budget. Speed's the obvious dump stat. Easy to catch and yields 1 HP EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It emits a scent that enraptures those who smell it. This fragrance changes depending on what it has eaten.
In the past, rather than using perfume, royal ladies carried a Spritzee that would waft a fragrance they liked.
Spritzee Weakness
GoodType-wise, Spritzee takes extra damage from Poison and Steel. Dragon moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. Just 2 weak spots to worry about, which keeps teambuilding straightforward.
Spritzee doesn't evolve by leveling. You'll need a trade to push it forward to Aromatisse. Evolving adds up to 121 stat points total.
How to Evolve
Breed Spritzee easily from the Fairy egg group. Pass egg moves like Captivate, Disable, Refresh and 1 more to offspring.

The egg pool carries weight here. Captivate and Disable aren't available any other way for Spritzee, and they meaningfully change what it threatens. Stack those on top of Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam for solid options.

Healer is the go-to ability for Spritzee. It has a 30% chance of curing each adjacent ally of any major status ailment after each turn. Its hidden ability Aroma Veil can work in specific setups.
Base 23 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Spritzee is leaning toward the special side (base 63 Sp. Atk). Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
