ExcellentPolteageist's Ghost typing leaves it vulnerable to Ghost and Dark moves. It shrugs off Normal and Fighting-type attacks completely. Polteageist's special bulk (base 114 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.
Polteageist doesn't evolve through normal leveling. You'll need an evolution item to get here from Sinistea's line. Breed this form to get Sinistea eggs (average hatch time). Evolving from Sinistea gave Polteageist the biggest boost in Sp.Atk (+60), bringing the total to 508 stats.
