Oricorio's Fire/Flying typing gives it an immunity to Ground. Only 3 weaknesses on top of that — it has plenty of safe switch-in opportunities. One of the newer additions from Gen 7. Sits at a decent but contested Speed tier.
Oricorio's built around special offense. Sp. Atk leads the charge, Attack pays for it. Tough to catch, worth 2 Sp. Atk EVs. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
This form of Oricorio has sipped purple nectar. It uses ethereal dance steps to call forth the spirits of the dead.
The elegant, attractive dance of these Oricorio is popular with adults, but the Oricorio themselves are hard to find in Paldea.
Oricorio Weakness
ExcellentRock, Water, and Electric-type moves hit Oricorio for super-effective damage. Rock hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. The upside? Ground-type moves can't touch it at all. 6 resistances give it solid defensive coverage on top of that. Oricorio leans toward special offense (base 98 Sp.Atk) instead of trying to wall anything.
No evolution chain to worry about here. Oricorio is a standalone Pokemon with a decent partner pool for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out average hatch time.
How to Evolve
Breed Oricorio easily with 45 breeding partners from the Flying egg group. Pass egg moves like Attract, Defog, Pluck and 2 more to offspring.
Heavy-Duty Boots buys the setup turn. Oricorio clicks Quiver Dance, then starts cleaning with Revelationdance and the remaining moves. Timid nature with max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs makes sure nothing tanks a boosted hit comfortably.

Without breeding, Oricorio misses out on Attract and Defog. That's 5 egg moves adding depth that the base kit lacks. STAB comes from Hurricane and Fly, with Normal and Fairy coverage and more rounding things out.
