While most trainers evolve Mienfoo into Mienshao immediately, the unevolved form has a niche with Eviolite boosting its defenses. Only weak to Flying, Psychic, and Fairy. Known as the Martial Arts Pokemon. The stat spread favors raw physical power.
The stat budget goes to damage. Attack and Speed carry the offense, HP doesn't even come close. A Martial Arts Pokemon on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve, worth 1 Attack EV per KO.
It takes pride in the speed at which it can use moves. What it loses in power, it makes up for in quantity.
In fights, they dominate with onslaughts of flowing, continuous attacks. With their sharp claws, they cut enemies.
