Stats & Training
Speed and Defense carry most of Meditite's stat budget. HP's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It never skips its daily yoga training. It heightens its inner strength through meditation.
It meditates to heighten its inner energy and to float in the air. It eats one berry a day.

One guaranteed turn is all Meditite needs. Focus Sash buys it, max Attack and Speed EVs make it count, and Pure Power adds something extra. The goal: deal early damage and deal damage with Counter. The remaining moves gives it play beyond just the lead turn.

STAB runs through Close Combat and Focus Blast for the basics, but Meditite's real strength is the 10-type coverage spread. Steel and Normal hit common defensive types, and the movepool keeps going.
