Get Electrike to Manectric at level 26. At 295 BST, Electrike is just the starting point.
Level 26 gets you Manectric. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
In Legends: Z-A, Electrike does the job early-game if you need a Electric type on your team. Evolve it into Manectric before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
