Dodrio Weakness
Electric, Ice, and Rock moves hit Dodrio for super-effective damage. The upside? Ground and Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. At base 110 Speed, Dodrio outspeeds most threats and doesn't need to tank what it can outrun.

How to Evolve
Breeding
Breed with Dodrio to get Doduo eggs easily using 58 partners from the Flying egg group. Notable egg moves include Assurance, Brave Bird, Endeavor and 7 more.
Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Dodrio Best Moveset
Dodrio leads with Focus Sash insurance. Even if it can't take a hit naturally, it'll survive long enough to deal early damage. Max Attack and Speed EVs go all-in on offense since bulk doesn't matter here.

How to Get Dodrio in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon
No wild encounters for Dodrio in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. Bring Doduo over from Red, Yellow, or Platinum, then level through the stages. Each step in the chain is laid out below.
Dodrio Guide
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, we rate Dodrio C-Tier: a niche pick in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon's meta. At 470 BST, it fits the sweeper role. Drill Peck with Focus Sash is the standard set.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, watch for Raikou (Electric), Lapras (Ice), and Aerodactyl (Rock) when using Dodrio. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Dodrio's base 110 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Run Away ensures success fleeing from wild battles. That's the one you want on Dodrio. Tangled Feet is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Early Bird works too if your team needs something different.
Base 110 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Dodrio is a physical attacker with base 110 Attack. Best used as a sweeper.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Dodrio has answers, but so do you. Priority moves (Mach Punch, Aqua Jet, Ice Shard) bypass its speed. Bulky walls that resist its STAB also shut it down.
