Ditto's stats barely vary. 0 sit in respectable range with no real gaps. It's a blank slate for EV investment. Worth 1 HP EV, medium-fast 1M XP curve to max.
It can reconstitute its entire cellular structure to change into what it sees, but it returns to normal when it relaxes.
Ditto Weakness
