On nights when the sea is calm, Brionne dance with one another to the singing of the Primarina that’s leading them.

Sword & Shield Evolution
Brionne is the middle stage between Popplio and Primarina. It's a three-stage line with one more evolution to go. For breeding, quick to hatch with a massive partner pool via two egg groups. So far, Sp.Atk got the biggest boost (+25 from Popplio). The final form adds another 110 stats on top. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.

Don't skip the egg moves. Brionne picks up Aqua Ring and Life Dew only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Hydro Pump and Surf while Fairy and Normal coverage and more adds range.

Brionne Guide
In Sword & Shield, Brionne isn't fully evolved, so it's not built for competitive play. You'll want to evolve it into Primarina to unlock its full potential. At 420 BST, it's a stepping stone rather than a team anchor.
Torrent strengthens water moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. That's the one you want on Brionne. Liquid Voice is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
In Sword & Shield, Brionne fills the balanced role. It's a special attacker with base 91 Sp. Atk. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
