Don't let the raw stats fool you. Poison Heal heals from poison instead of taking damage, and that completely changes the math for Breloom. Watch the Flying matchup though — quadruple damage means one hit can end it. Introduced in Gen 3.
The stat budget goes to damage. Attack and Defense carry the offense, HP doesn't even come close. A Mushroom Pokemon on a standard growth curve, worth 2 Attack EVs per KO.

Toxic Orb buys the setup turn. Breloom clicks Swords Dance, then starts cleaning with Mach Punch and the remaining moves. Adamant nature with max Attack and Speed EVs makes sure nothing tanks a boosted hit comfortably.

Base 70 Speed is workable — faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Breloom is leaning toward the physical side (base 130 Attack). Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a cannon.
