Breed Shroomish easily with 50 breeding partners from the Fairy and Plant egg groups. Pass egg moves like Charm, Fake Tears, Helping Hand and 1 more to offspring.
Scarlet & Violet Shroomish Best Moveset
Start with spread EVs. Adamant nature gives Shroomish the right physical lean, Toxic Orb adds self-poison for Guts or Poison Heal activation, and Poisonheal works in the background. Spore is the main damage option.

Level 23 gets you Breloom. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
In Scarlet & Violet, Shroomish does the job early-game if you need a Grass type on your team. Evolve it into Breloom before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
