Below we have a list of all the Rare Pokemon in Let’s Go and how to get them. We consider “Rare Pokemon” the type of pokemon that you either have a very low chance of encountering in the wild or simply cannot be found in the wild.

Lapras | After you fight your rival at the Silph Co., take with the Silph Employee on the 7th Floor. |
Kabuto | Bring the Fossil to Cinnabar Island Pokémon Lab. (Note: You must choose between Omanyte) |
Omanyte | Bring the Fossil to Cinnabar Island Pokémon Lab. (Note: You must choose between Kabuto) |
Aerodactyl | Bring the Old Amber (Pewter City Museum) to Cinnabar Island Pokémon Lab. |
Porygon | Bought at Celadon City Game Corner (Cost: 6,500 Coins) |
Hitmonchan | After completing Saffron City Fighting Dojo (Note: You must choose between Hitmonlee) |
Hitmonlee | After completing Saffron City Fighting Dojo (Note: You must choose between Hitmonchan) |
Snorlax | Can be caught when using the Poke Flute to wake up and battle Snorlax. |

Scyther | Route 15 (01-10% Spawn Rate) |
