Best PVP Shaman Race

For the Shaman Class, we are limited to only Horde Races and their two that stand out. First, the Orc seems to benefit quite a bit from both the Elemental and Enhancement Spec, this is mostly because of Blood Fury and Stun Resistance. The Tauren make for a strong Restoration Spec with the extra maximum health and AOE Stun for peel from enemies.

Best PVP Shaman Spec

When it comes to PVP Shaman Specs players would argue that all specs are very viable, and for the most part, it seems true. however, we think two stands above the rest and those two are Elemental and Enhancement. Elemental especially late game and geared are very strong can burst for some really big damage, Enhancement with windfury procs are similar in terms of their damage output.

PVP Elemental Shaman

This is our recommended spec for players looking to PVP with Shaman, as it can be very strong late game with the right type of gear. This build is known for its burst damage and is considered a viable PVE DPS as well.

PVP Enhancement Shaman

This is a Melee DPS Spec and relays on good gear and the Wind Fury Totem. The link we provide below is focused on PVP and as such the Talents which recommended will be valuable to you in Battlegrounds. its also worth mention that is it for Two Hand Weapons, but you can easily switch to 1 hand weapons with a simple talent tweak.

A solid healing spec for both PVE and PVP content, however, can have a little bit of learning curve for new players that are not used to using Totems. You could opt to be a hybrid between both Elemental and Restoration as that is another solid spec for PVP.
