Ghost moves don't affect Wigglytuff at all — that's the advantage of normal typing. It works well under Trick Room. Flexible enough to run physical or special sets. An original Gen 1 pick.

Raw HP carries Wigglytuff's bulk more than the defenses do. Defense barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A tough to catch Balloon Pokemon that yields 3 HP EVs on a fast 800K XP curve.
