Stats & Training
Venipede's spread isn't flashy. Defense leads, HP trails, 0 stats clear the bar. Easy to catch and worth 1 Defense EV, on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
Venipede and Sizzlipede are similar species, but when the two meet, a huge fight ensues.
Its fangs are highly venomous. If this Pokémon finds prey it thinks it can eat, it leaps for them without any thought of how things might turn out.
Venipede Weakness
Venipede's Bug/Poison typing leaves it vulnerable to Fire, Flying, Psychic, and Rock. It resists 5 types, giving it decent defensive coverage.

How to Get Venipede in Legends: Z-A
Venipede Guide
Whirlipede at level 22 is the mid-stage. Push through to Scolipede at level 30 for the final form. 260 BST right now won't cut it long-term.
Level 22 gets you Whirlipede. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
In Legends: Z-A, Venipede does the job early-game if you need a Bug/Poison type on your team. Evolve it into Whirlipede before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
You can find Venipede in Legends: Z-A. The Locations section has the full breakdown of routes and encounter details. It also appears in 7 other games across the series.
