  • In Legends: Z-A, Mewtwo is a Legendary Pokemon rated S-Tier. At 680 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a sweeper. Psystrike with Life Orb is the standard set.

  • Mega Evolution isn't available in Legends: Z-A, but Mewtwo does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Mewtwo hits 780 BST.

  • In Legends: Z-A, Mewtwo's biggest threats include Scyther (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Tyranitar (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.

  • Pressure is the go-to ability for Mewtwo. It increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. Its hidden ability Unnerve can work in specific setups.

  • In Legends: Z-A, Mewtwo fills the sweeper role. It's a special attacker with base 154 Sp. Atk. Base 130 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
