  • In X & Y, Ledian's biggest threats include Aerodactyl (Rock), Charizard (Fire), and Raikou (Electric), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Aerodactyl is the most dangerous since Rock moves deal 4x damage. Ice and Flying-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.

  • In X & Y, Ledyba evolves into Ledian at level 18. Ledian is the fully evolved form.

  • Honestly, in X & Y Ledian is a tough sell at 390 BST. Plenty of stronger Bug/Flying options exist. Fun pick, not a practical one.

  • For X & Y, we rate Ledian C-Tier: a niche pick in X & Y's meta. At 390 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Base 110 Sp. Def stands out.

  • Swarm is the go-to ability for Ledian. It strengthens bug moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. Its hidden ability Iron Fist can work in specific setups. Early Bird is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.
