Although its body is small, its proficient fighting skills enable it to keep up with big bruisers like Machamp and Hariyama.
With its wings, it controls its position in the air. It likes to attack from above, a maneuver that is difficult to defend against.
Hawlucha Weakness
AvgElectric, Ice, Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type moves hit Hawlucha for super-effective damage. The upside? Ground-type moves can't touch it at all. The Fighting/Flying typing picks up 4 resistances to work with. Hawlucha leans offensive (base 92 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

How to Evolve
Breed Hawlucha easily from the Flying and Humanshape egg groups. Pass egg moves like Agility, Ally Switch, Baton Pass and 4 more to offspring.
One boost from Swords Dance and Hawlucha gets dangerous fast. The Adamant nature targets max Attack and Speed, and Unburden backs the whole approach. Acrobatics and the remaining moves handle most of what's left standing.
