Don't let the raw stats fool you. Fur Coat halves all physical damage, and that completely changes the math for Furfrou. Ghost moves can't touch it, and only a single type hits it super-effectively. Introduced in Gen 6.
Speed and Sp. Def carry most of Furfrou's stat budget. Defense's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
Trimming its fluffy fur not only makes it more elegant but also increases the swiftness of its movements.
Historically, in the Kalos region, these Pokémon were the designated guardians of the king.
Furfrou Weakness
GoodFurfrou is weak to Fighting-type moves. On the flip side, it's immune to Ghost-type moves entirely. Furfrou's special bulk (base 90 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.
No evolution chain to worry about here. Furfrou is a standalone Pokemon with no compatible partners for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out average hatch time.
How to Evolve
Breed Furfrou easily from the Ground egg group. Pass egg moves like Captivate, Mimic, Refresh and 2 more to offspring.
Furfrou keeps momentum with U-turn, switching out after dealing damage or scouting. Leftovers gives it passive recovery each turn, max HP and Defense EVs let it hit hard on the way out, and utility options prevents dead turns.

Egg moves make a real difference. Furfrou gets Captivate and Mimic exclusively through breeding, filling gaps that TMs and level-up can't touch. Coverage across 9 types rounds out the picture alongside Giga Impact and Last Resort.
