As a baby Pokemon, Chingling is mostly a stepping stone. It eventually becomes Chimecho, and that's where you want to end up. The Bell Pokémon — cute, but not battle-ready. Only weak to Bug, Ghost, and Dark.
Sp. Atk and Defense carry most of Chingling's stat budget. Attack's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Sp. Atk EV. Follows a fast 800K XP curve.
There is an orb inside its mouth. When it hops, the orb bounces all over and makes a ringing sound.
Chingling Weakness
VulnerableBug, Ghost, and Dark-type moves hit Chingling for super-effective damage. Levitate grants an additional Ground immunity, reshaping the matchup chart.

Don't skip the egg moves. Chingling picks up Curse and Disable only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Future Sight and Dream Eater while Normal and Ghost coverage and more adds range.
