Cascoon is weak to Fire, Flying, and Rock. Cascoon's physical bulk (base 55 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.

Cascoon evolves into Dustox at level 10. One evolution, no branching. Solid jump from 205 BST.
Cascoon evolves into Dustox at level 10. Early evolution, you'll hit it before the third gym in most games.
For Black 2 & White 2, you can run Cascoon through the first few routes without issues. 205 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Beautifly as fast as you can.
