Breed with Roselia to get Budew eggs easily using 27 partners from the Fairy and Plant egg groups. Notable egg moves include Cotton Spore, Pin Missile, Spikes and 1 more.
Spikes is the priority every time Roselia comes in. Calm nature and max HP and Sp. Def EVs keep it alive long enough to get layers down, while Leftovers provides passive recovery each turn. Natural Cure rounds it out.
