Celebi Weakness
FragileCelebi's Psychic/Grass typing leaves it vulnerable to Bug, Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark moves. Bug hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It resists 6 types, so it can switch into a lot of moves safely. Celebi's overall bulk (100/100/100) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.
A Psychic/Grass-type mythical at 600 base stats, Celebi can't breed or evolve. Event distribution is the standard way to obtain one.
How to Evolve
Stealth Rock is the priority every time Celebi comes in. Bold nature and HP-heavy investment EVs keep it alive long enough to get layers down, while Leftovers provides passive recovery each turn. Natural Cure rounds it out. Recover keeps it healthy between hits.

Watch for Scizor (Bug), Arcanine (Fire), and Lapras (Ice) when using Celebi. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Scizor is the most dangerous since Bug moves deal 4x damage. Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark-type attackers are also a problem. With 7 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. Celebi has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
