What Are Move Tutors?
In Pokemon SW & SH, there are a few moves that can only be learned with the help of move Tutors in the Galar Region, and there are NPC’s in different locations that will teach your Pokemon these moves at no cost. Unlike in past Pokemon games, the move reminder no longer cost to remind a Pokemon of a move.
Where To Find Move Tutors in Pokemon Sword and Shield
Hammerlocke City Move Tutor
In the southwest part of the park, you will see a man teaching special Pledge moves to all starter Pokemon from all regions.

Wyndon City Move Tutor
In the east part of the park, you will see a man teaching special ultimate moves to fully-evolved Starter Pokemon from all regions.

Circhester City Move Tutor
In Circhester City go to the Hero’s Bath you will find a man that will teach any Dragon-type Pokemon Draco Meteor Including Silvally when it is holding the Dragon Memory.

Motostoke City Move Tutor
In Motostoke City in the underbelly of the city by the docks, you will find a man that will teach any Steel-type Pokemon Steel Beam, including Silvally, when it is holding Steel Memory.
