Below is a LoL Arena Augments Tier List which includes every type Bronze, Silver, and Prismatic. You can also view what champions benefit the most from each augment.
Infernal Soul Effect: Damaging basic attacks and abilities trigger an explosion around the target, dealing 80 (+ 22.5% bonus AD) (+ 13.5% AP) (+ 2.75% bonus health) adaptive damage to the target and nearby enemies (3 second cooldown).
Ocean Soul Effect: Dealing damage to enemies heals you for 130 (+ 26% bonus AD) (+ 17% AP) (+ 7% bonus health) and restores 80 (+ 3.5% maximum mana) mana over 4 seconds.
Passive: Casting an ability with a Dash or Flash blink leaves behind a mark at the cast location.
Active: Blinks you to the mark's location and grants you 50% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
Critical Defend Chance Effect: Grants you a chance to reduce an instance of damage taken by 40%.
Mountain Soul Effect: After being out of combat for a short time and not taking damage for 5 seconds, gain a shield for 180 (+ 16% bonus AD) (+ 12% AP) (+ 12% bonus health).
Vanish: Grants invisibility for 4 seconds. Attacking or casting abilities ends the stealth immediately.
Exhaust: Weakens the target enemy champion for 3 seconds, slowing them by 30% and reducing their damage dealt by 35%.
Ignite: Sets the target enemy champion on fire for 5 seconds, revealing them and dealing 70 - 410 (based on level) true damage over the duration. The target is also inflicted with Grievous Wounds for the same duration.
Die Another Day Effect: Blesses the ground underneath you, summoning a zone for 4 seconds that grants a Unkillable minimum health threshold to all units inside equal to 10% of their maximum health. At the end of the duration, units inside are healed for 250.
Blade Waltz Effect: Dashes around the target enemy champion 8 times, dealing 30 - 150 (based on level) (+ 10% bonus AD) (+ 6% AP) physical damage and applying on-hit effects at 50% effectiveness for each dash and granting untargetability during the entire effect. Deals a total of 240 - 1200 (based on level) (+ 80% bonus AD) (+ 48% AP) physical damage.
Sled: Summons a sled at the start of each combat round that you and your ally can enter and ride. The first player to enter the sled moves it in the direction of their cursor, with increasing speed. The sled stops upon colliding with an enemy champion or terrain, destroying itself and dealing true damage to nearby enemies as well as knocking them back.
Warmup Routine: Channel to increase your damage output by 2% per second, up to 24%. This effect lasts until the end of the round.
Castle Effect: Flash to your ally's location while they do so to yours, swapping places with them. You then gain 50% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
Frozen Foundations Effect: Summons a wall of ice at the target location for 5 seconds, knocking aside enemies in the area. The wall has a width of 500 units and a knock back distance of 120 units for champions and 250 units for non-champions.
Zhonya's Epiphany Effect: Put yourself in stasis for 3 seconds, rendering you untargetable and invulnerable for the duration but also unable to take action.
Evocation Effect: Channel for 4 seconds, restoring 60% of your maximum health and maximum mana over the duration. Upon completion, also gain 50% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
