Wobbuffet doesn't stand out in any single area, but it gets the job done for in-game teams. Only weak to Bug, Ghost, and Dark. Been around since Gen 2. It works well under Trick Room. Known as the Patient Pokemon.
Raw HP carries Wobbuffet's bulk more than the defenses do. Attack barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A tough to catch Patient Pokemon that yields 2 HP EVs on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It desperately tries to keep its black tail hidden. This behavior is said to be proof that its tail hides a secret.
