Raw HP carries Wobbuffet's bulk more than the defenses do. Attack barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A tough to catch Patient Pokemon that yields 2 HP stat exp on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It hates light and shock. If attacked, it inflates its body to pump up its counterstrike.
To keep its pitch-black tail hidden, it lives quietly in the darkness. It is never first to attack.
