Trubbish is technically a pre-evolution of Garbodor, but it holds its own in formats where Eviolite is allowed. Only weak to Ground and Psychic. Known as the Trash Bag Pokemon. Flexible enough to run physical or special sets.
An unusually even spread gives Trubbish flexibility. Speed barely edges ahead. But Sp. Atk isn't far off. Common in the wild and follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve. Yields 1 Speed EV.
Unsanitary places are what they like best. They can be spotted in Alola, often with Grimer in hot pursuit.
It gorges on trash until its stomach is full. Then it belches toxic gas. An unlucky whiff of gas will put a person in the hospital.
Trubbish Weakness
GoodTrubbish is weak to Ground and Psychic-type moves. 5 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Just 2 weak spots to worry about, which keeps teambuilding straightforward.
One evolution ahead. Trubbish grows into Garbodor through a straightforward two-stage chain. No compatible partners for breeding via one egg group. Eggs are average hatch time. Evolving adds up to 145 stat points total.
How to Evolve
Breed Trubbish easily from the Mineral egg group. Pass egg moves like Curse, Haze, Mud Sport and 5 more to offspring.
Trubbish's job is getting Spikes up and staying on the field. Eviolite provides a bulk boost that only works before full evolution, Stickyhold helps it stick around, and a spread EV build EVs prioritize longevity.
