Lilligant's spread isn't flashy. Sp. Atk leads, Attack trails, 2 stats clear the bar. Moderately hard to find and worth 2 Sp. Atk EVs, on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
I suspect that its well-developed legs are the result of a life spent on mountains covered in deep snow. The scent it exudes from its flower crown heartens those in proximity.
Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, and Bug moves hit Lilligant for super-effective damage. It resists 4 types, giving it decent defensive coverage.

Lilligant doesn't evolve through normal leveling. You'll need an evolution item to get here from Petilil's line. Breed this form to get Petilil eggs (average hatch time). Evolving from Petilil gave Lilligant the biggest boost in Speed (+60), bringing the total to 480 stats. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Quiver Dance is the main STAB option after a Quiver Dance boost. Sitrus Berry gives Lilligant a one-time health recovery at low HP to survive the setup turn, and max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs make the boosted hits count. The remaining moves catches resists.

Lilligant develops a solid moveset just through leveling. Energy Ball and Leaf Blade show up naturally, and the progression handles both STAB and utility without leaning on TMs for the core attacks.

Lilligant doesn't appear wild. Catch Petilil instead, it shows up at decent rates. Evolve it through a special method to get Lilligant. The 2-stage line is mapped in the step cards below.

Step 2Lilligant ✓
In Legends: Arceus, Don't let Lilligant's 480 base stat total fool you. Chlorophyll is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as an attacker. Quiver Dance with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
In Legends: Arceus, Run Chlorophyll on Lilligant. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Lilligant also gets Own Tempo and Leaf Guard, but they don't compare.
In Legends: Arceus, Lilligant fills the attacker role. It's a special attacker with base 110 Sp. Atk. Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
For Legends: Arceus, Lilligant has answers, but so do you. Faster attackers outpace it. Anything with a super-effective STAB move and decent speed can revenge kill.
Lilligant first appeared in Black & White and spans 9 games across 6 generations. It later gained a Hisuian form in Generation 8, adding new dimensions to its competitive identity.
