Stats & Training
Bulk defines Lickilicky's stat line. HP and Defense anchor the defensive side, but Speed can't keep up offensively. Tough to catch and worth 3 HP EVs.
Its tongue can extend and contract freely, and it is capable of reaching lengths over 10 times Lickilicky’s height. Beware of the saliva, as it contains corrosive elements.
Lickilicky Weakness
Lickilicky's Normal typing leaves it vulnerable to Fighting. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. Lickilicky's overall bulk (110/95/95) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

For Legends: Arceus, we rate Lickilicky C-Tier: a niche pick in Legends: Arceus's meta. At 515 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Knock Off with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Legends: Arceus, watch for Lucario (Fighting) when using Lickilicky. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Lickilicky has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Own Tempo prevents confusion. That's the one you want on Lickilicky. Cloud Nine is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Oblivious works too if your team needs something different.
Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Lickilicky is a physical attacker with base 85 Attack. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
In Legends: Arceus, run Knock Off, Wish, Protect, and Toxic on Lickilicky. Knock Off is the most common pick at 25% usage. This set covers the balanced role with a mix of damage and utility.
