Almost nobody uses Bunnelby in battle. It exists to evolve into Diggersby, which is a completely different story. Get it there and you won't regret it. Known as the Digging Pokemon. Part of the Gen 6 roster.
You won't find a real weakness in Bunnelby's stat line. It's well-rounded for the Digging Pokemon, and what it does with that depends on moveset and items. Yields 1 Speed EV, on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It excels at digging holes. Using its ears, it can dig a nest 33 feet deep in one night.
It’s very sensitive to danger. The sound of Corviknight’s flapping will have Bunnelby digging a hole to hide underground in moments.
Bunnelby Weakness
GoodBunnelby's Normal typing leaves it vulnerable to Fighting moves. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. Bunnelby's Normal typing only leaves 1 gap to cover.
Bunnelby is the base form in a two-stage line leading to Diggersby. Check the evolution method below. No compatible partners for breeding via one egg group. Eggs are quick to hatch. The evolved forms gain up to 186 total stats over Bunnelby.
How to Evolve
Breed Bunnelby easily from the Ground egg group.
One boost from Swords Dance and Bunnelby gets dangerous fast. The Hasty nature targets max Attack and Speed, and Huge Power backs the whole approach. Flail and Ground coverage handle most of what's left standing.
