Almost nobody uses Surskit in battle. It exists to evolve into Masquerain, which is a completely different story. Get it there and you won't regret it. Only weak to Electric, Flying, and Rock. Known as the Pond Skater Pokemon.
Speed and Sp. Def carry most of Surskit's stat budget. Attack's the obvious dump stat. Easy to catch and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
They usually live on ponds, but after an evening shower, they may appear on puddles in towns.

Oranberry and Swiftswim form the backbone. Surskit invests a spread EV build EVs to play its physical attacker role properly, and Adamant nature pushes Attack higher. Ice Beam handles the heavy lifting on offense. Flying coverage rounds it out.
