Stats & Training
The stat budget goes to damage. Speed and Attack carry the offense, Defense doesn't even come close. An Ember Pokemon on a medium-fast 1M XP curve, worth 2 Speed EVs per KO.
A flame burns inside its body. It scatters embers from its head and tail to sear its opponents.
When it gets excited, embers rise from its head and tail and it gets hot. For some reason, it loves sweets.
Simisear Weakness
Type-wise, Simisear takes extra damage from Water, Ground, and Rock. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Simisear leans offensive (base 98 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

TMs carry this one. Simisear learns Overheat and Flare Blitz naturally for STAB, but the offensive range comes almost entirely from technical machines. Normal and Ghost and beyond give it real matchup play.

How to Get Simisear in Legends: Z-A
Simisear Guide
For Legends: Z-A, we rate Simisear C-Tier: a niche pick in Legends: Z-A's meta. At 498 BST, it fits the pivot role. Nasty Plot with Firiumz is the standard set.
In Legends: Z-A, Simisear's biggest threats include Swampert (Water), Landorus (Ground), and Aerodactyl (Rock), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Simisear's base 101 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Gluttony is the go-to ability for Simisear. It makes the Pokémon eat any held Berry triggered by low HP below 1/2 its max HP. Its hidden ability Blaze can work in specific setups.
Base 101 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Simisear is a physical attacker with base 98 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a pivot.
In Legends: Z-A, the best way to handle Simisear: Super-effective STAB from faster Pokemon is the simplest answer. Water, Ground, and Rock-type attackers hit hardest.
