Flare Blitz is the safe click most turns. Choice Scarf locks Scorbunny into it but rewards with speed patching through item lock. Adamant nature and spread EVs maximize that first hit. Libero helps on the margins.

Without TMs, Scorbunny's movepool is bare bones. With them, you get coverage across 7 types on top of Overheat and Flare Blitz for STAB. The natural kit handles basics, but TMs are doing the real work.

Scorbunny is not available as a wild encounter in this game.

This is an event-exclusive or special distribution.

  • Raboot at level 16 is the mid-stage. Push through to Cinderace at level 35 for the final form. 310 BST right now won't cut it long-term.

  • Level 16 gets you Raboot. Quick enough that Scorbunny barely slows you down.

  • Scorbunny does the job early-game if you need a Fire type on your team. Evolve it into Raboot before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.

  • Limited availability for Scorbunny. 2 games total. Debuted in Scarlet & Violet. Sword & Shield and Scarlet & Violet are the most recent.

Introduced in Sword & Shield, Scorbunny has appeared in 2 games across 3 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
