Everything about Reshiram's stat line is built to win. 150 base Sp. Atk leads the way, and even its worst stat (90 Speed) isn't a real liability. Only weak to Ground, Rock, and Dragon. Known as the Vast White Pokemon.
Sp. Atk and Attack carry most of Reshiram's stat budget. Speed's the obvious dump stat. Near-impossible to catch and yields 3 Sp. Atk EVs. Follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.

Reshiram Weakness
GoodReshiram's Dragon/Fire typing leaves it vulnerable to Ground, Rock, and Dragon moves. 5 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Reshiram's overall bulk (100/100/120) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.
You can't breed Reshiram or evolve it into anything else. This Dragon/Fire legendary packs 680 stats and doesn't need a chain to be relevant.
How to Evolve
Blueflare is the safe click most turns. Choice Specs locks Reshiram into it but rewards with boosted special damage with move lock. Timid nature and max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs maximize that first hit. Turboblaze helps on the margins.
