Psychic/Ghost gives Hoopa strong STAB coverage, and its stat spread wastes nothing on the offensive side. It needs some investment to avoid getting outsped. Been around since Gen 6. Normal and Fighting moves can't touch it, and only 2 types hit it super-effectively.
Hoopa's all-in on Sp. Atk at the expense of Defense. The special lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Sp. Atk EVs and follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
In its true form, it possess a huge amount of power. Legends of its avarice tell how it once carried off an entire castle to gain the treasure hidden within.
It is said to be able to seize anything it desires with its six rings and six huge arms. With its power sealed, it is transformed into a much smaller form.
Hoopa Weakness
GoodHoopa is weak to Ghost and Dark-type moves. Watch out for Ghost and Dark attacks, those deal 4x damage. On the flip side, it's immune to Normal and Fighting-type moves entirely. Hoopa's special bulk (base 130 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.
Hoopa is a mythical Psychic/Ghost type with 600 total stats. No evolution, no breeding. You get one through events or special distribution.
How to Evolve
Magoberry buys the setup turn. Hoopa clicks Nasty Plot, then starts cleaning with Shadow Ball and utility options. Modest nature with max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs makes sure nothing tanks a boosted hit comfortably.
