Tips For Collecting Pokemon Go Candy

When you catch a Pokémon, you will receive a total of three Candies that corresponds to the specific Pokémon you just caught.

#1. In Map View, touch the Main Menu.

#2. Then Touch Pokémon .

#3. Select a Pokémon to view from your Inventory list of Pokémon.

#4. Hit touch the menu in the bottom left corner of the screen, then select transfer. Once you transfer your Pokemon its gone for good, so make sure you get rid of Low CP or Low IV rating Pokemon first.

Duplicate Pokémon can be sent to Professor Willow in exchange for a single Pokemon Go Candy:
Go to your Pokémon squad menu and select the one you wish to transfer (pick the ones with low CP). In the bottom right corner of the screen, select the menu icon and select transfer. This permanently removes the Pokémon from your party so don’t send any you may want to keep!

When an Egg hatches you will receive a large amount of candies based on the Pokémon that hatched.

Pokemon GO Candies Cost Per Level

#4. There will be an option to Power Up, The amount of Candy needed to Power Up depends on your Pokemon Level. (For Example Snorlax Level 25 Would Cost 4,000 Stardust and 3 Snorlax Candies.)
