Almost nobody uses Rellor in battle. It exists to evolve into Rabsca, which is a completely different story. Get it there and you won't regret it. Only weak to Fire, Flying, and Rock. Known as the Rolling Pokemon.
Nothing fancy in Rellor's spread. It leans mixed with Defense out front. And you'll get 1 Defense EV per KO for it. Follows a fast 800K XP curve.
This Pokémon creates a mud ball by mixing sand and dirt with psychic energy. It treasures its mud ball more than its own life.
It rolls its mud ball around while the energy it needs for evolution matures. Eventually the time comes for it to evolve.
Rellor Weakness
AvgFire, Flying, and Rock-type moves hit Rellor for super-effective damage. Not too many gaps in the chart, 3 weaknesses to account for.
To get Rabsca from Rellor, you need a unique condition. The evolution method matters here. The evolved forms gain up to 200 total stats over Rellor.
How to Evolve
Shedskin gives Rellor passive value while it walls. Calm nature boosts Sp. Def, a spread EV build EVs maximize the special wall profile, and Eviolite keeps it in the game.

The level-up pool is slim, so TMs matter here. Rellor's Normal and Rock coverage and more all comes from technical machines, built on top of Bug Buzz and Lunge for same-type damage. Take Down and Bug Buzz are the payoff moves.

At 270 BST, Rellor is firmly in pre-evolution territory. Evolve it into Rabsca before bringing it to any serious fight.
Watch for Cinderace (Fire), Dodrio (Flying), and Aerodactyl (Rock) when using Rellor. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. At base 30 Speed, Rellor won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
Rellor evolves into Rabsca through a special method. Rellor is the base form of this evolutionary line.
Compound Eyes increases moves' accuracy to 1.3× — that's the one you want on Rellor. Shed Skin is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Rellor is a physical attacker with base 50 Attack. Fragile — can't afford to take many hits, too. But the speed tells the real story — base 30 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go.
Rellor can be found in Scarlet & Violet.
Since Scarlet & Violet, Rellor has been obtainable in 1 games. A Generation 9 debut means a shorter history, but Rellor has appeared steadily across every generation since.
