Passives don't all reach the top the same way, and that's what sorts this ranking. Swift is the headline: at +4 it caps at S+ and shaves work speed on whatever Pal you slap it onto. Lucky and Legend join it up there, also maxed at +4. Artisan is the one I'd grab first, though. It lands in S+ at only +3, so you spend less breeding for the same crafting payoff, and cheaper passives mean you stack a full set sooner. Lock in Artisan first; the +4 traits can wait.
